In 1950, the lodge comissioned Ernest Norling (1892-1974) to adorn the walls of our lodge room with images representing Masonic themes. A well-known muralist, his work is also seen in the Husky Union Building, the Coleman Pool in West Seattle, the Alaska Building in Seattle, and elsewhere around the state such as post offices in Prosser and Bremerton. Norling is the author of a well-known book entitled "Perspective Made Easy." Indeed, one of the more striking things about the murals is Norlings use of perspective at a time when murals were often flat and lacking in depth.

The lodge is active in numerous charitable and social events in the community.

Some years ago we remodeled our aging dining room. If we do say so ourselves, it's beautiful.
